There is no graduate intake and no seasonal churn. We open a role when a project needs it, and we expect whoever fills it to still be here when the building opens.

There is no floor on project value, but there is one on ambition. We regularly take on single houses and small fit-outs where the client cares about the outcome and is willing to make decisions.
Yes, in partnership with a local architect of record. We lead design and delivery strategy; the local practice carries statutory responsibility. We will tell you at the outset whether the arrangement is worth the overhead.
Percentage of construction value for full appointments, fixed fee for defined stages, and a time allocation for retained advisory. Scope and exclusions are listed in full in every proposal — there are no stage-gate surprises.
Often. We begin with a short independent review of where the project actually stands against its budget and programme, then propose the narrowest intervention that fixes it. Sometimes that recommendation is to change nothing.
